Quintina Sweet, MPH, MHA, LPN, is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Q Assistant Health Consulting, where she helps public health organizations enhance operations and improve community health outcomes. With a background in public health, clinical practice, and healthcare administration, she offers strategic guidance and expertise to public health entities.

Quintina’s career began at one of the leading healthcare organizations in the world, where she served as Program Manager in Pulmonary Medicine. She led the Thoracic Oncology program across 23 hospitals, increasing enrollment by 74% over two years. She also has clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse at one of the leading safety net hospitals in Ohio, providing patient care and collaborating with healthcare multidisciplinary teams.

 

Quintina holds a Master of Public Health from Benedictine University, a Master of Healthcare Administration from Capella University, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Public Health. She is involved in several professional organizations, including APHA, ACHE, APHN, and NAHSE-Northeast Ohio.With a strong foundation in healthcare, Quintina is committed to advancing public health organizations' missions through strategic consulting and community engagement.
